Yes, you can target URLs or part of a URL using our condition for Page URL RegEx Match. You can use .* as wildcard characters to match on a portion of the URL. For example, in the screenshot below, .*/news/.* would match on and page within the http://www.example.com/news/ section of a site (e.g http://www.example.com/news/index.html or http://www.example.com/news/article.html).  Select "Yes" to target messages to a specific page or site section. Select "No" to prevent messages from showing on a page or section.

Currently, Sourcepoint uses .* as the wildcard character.
