Introduction to user management, admin user access, non-admin user access and property level access

Admin users

  • Have full flexibility of the UI
  • Can add other users and change their admin status
  • Decides which users have access to which properties and which features they can use
  • Can add new properties in Dialogue
  • Can edit their own property access in the event they want to reduce the number of properties visible in their account (this is always reversible)
  • Can create, edit or delete any elements in the consent or dialogue modules
  • Have access to reporting data for all domains in their account

Admin users

  • Have the following tools available to them in their account

Non-admin users

Property and feature access is determined by the account's admin user(s). The following granular permissions can be provided for a non-admin user

In the above example, the user would have access only to two properties. They would be able to create messages and campaigns in a staging environment. They can view but not edit vendor lists and privacy managers.

  • Will be able to create or edit vendor lists and privacy managers if they have been given access to these features. If access has not been given, the user will only be able to view these elements.

  • cannot invite new users (or change the status of other users and their property access)
  • cannot create a new property
  • cannot add a domain for tracking adblock analytics
  • cannot see reporting for properties outside of their access
  • can import, create or delete partitions, scenarios and messages for the properties they have access to, if given access to this feature
  • can create and end campaigns in both staging and production environments, if given access
